New 4-cyl 1227727 bin

I've uploaded the file APTW2332.0B0D00F0.S19 to the diy-efi incoming
directory.  This is for a 1990 W-body with the LR8 engine.  That's a 2.5
L4 with DIS and a single P&H TBI.

This MEMCAL uses the same resistor packs as the S-10 2.5 engine.  There
is no knock sensor on the LR8, hence no knock filter in the MEMCAL.  The
software will run in either the 1227727 or the 1227730.  So far, the
software id is unique to this application.
