You can get similar testers from several tool dealers.  It pulses the
injector for a certain amount of time.  You record the fuel rail
pressure before and after, compare the readings to the book and to the
other injectors.  If you have changed fuel injector size or fuel rail
pressure, all you can do is compare the injectors. 

You might get faster/better results by sending your injector out to be
tested, no?
