Bigger injectors didnt fix it / injector sizing

The stock chip cuts out at basically 4500, I had the same problem before as 
well.  I do not know weather it cuts back on fuel, or retards timing, but it 
does something.  On a stock TBI motor you are out of breating capability and 
horsepower by 4K anyway, so, I guess they just made the Proms like that.


Is a half-pound of hydrocarbon per horsepower hour still the recommended 
yardstick for injector sizing?  This means 2 65lb\hr injectors will support 
260 HP.
