Another Intro

Hiya all.  After reading Oliver's intro, I thought I might introduce
myself.  I've been observing for about a week now, and I must confess
that I'm really impressed with the knowledge that I've seen so far on
the list.  This is a welcome change to some of the other lists I'm on
where the S:N ratio is pretty darn low.

I'll probably be asking some dumb questions shortly.  One of the things
I'm interested in is picking up a cheap laptop so I can capture the ALDL
stream and analyze it.  I'd also like to be able to revise some of the
tables and parameters on-the-fly, but I'm not even sure if the ECM will
support that.  So for the time being, I'm just soaking in what I see
here.
