Jet Performance scam? / now portable dyno

There was a guy doing this at the start of the east coast Hot Rod
Power tour.  $50, 3 runs, and you can try to do a little tuning
between runs.  Car shows might be a better place than the tracks, as
anything that attracts folks is good for the show.
