749 conversion

Congrats!

Do you plan on putting project pictures, descriptions anywhere? Very unique!
was the omni an inexpensive test car for a project, or was that by choice?
I'm not cutting down, a 78 dodge omni was my first car.  Push-down (Z plane)
the 4 speed and over-up for reverse. Buzzed like a porsche!  I once drove it
a mile in 4th gear ON THE STARTER to get fuel.  The "ECM" was a solid state
goo-filled electronics box called "CCC" I think. I was 17 and walked into
the dealer to buy one (CCC) and learned that I knew more about it then he
did (sound familiar?)  my FIRST Engine controller!! Theres a guy at out
dragstrip who ran 11 0's in his turbo shelby NOS omni. ..

aah the drive-in...
