1228746 vats and speed limiter **Fixed**

ok, im sorry the ECM part number is 1228746.
the ECM id byte is $61. the car is a 92 chevy camaro, with auto trans(700r4), 305 w/ tbi.

  i need the know where in the prom to disable the vats system in my car. also what does it need to be changed to.
  also could some one tell me the same info on how to increase the speed limiter speed.
