ecm's

My ECM number is 16198262.  This is number for a 90-92 305 TPI right?  I am
working on a 383 build up engine that I want to make TPI.  Can I use this
ecm and the PROM (reprogrammed of course) for a 383?  Does any have a good
BIN and ECU I can start with?
