Lockup converters. tuning q for 730 ecm

I have a "special" non-lockup converter from TCI. The specs are 10" race,
furnace brazed, yadayayda, and forget stall speed and torque multiplication and
give me max lockup when rpm > 4000. They said OK and sent me one. It's not for
sale.  Everything else is. TomS
