165 ECU File

[Dan Townsend]

I have been working on the 165 ecu and am stopping since I am going to the
730 setup.  If you want my ecu file just lemme know.  For the checksum just
do all your work on the chip and then open the bin with GMEpro demo and it
will tell you what the checksum should be.
