165 ECU File

If you are talking about APYP_7165_89vette.ecu then I should warn that
several things are incorrect.  Well at least I think they are.

ALDL SA has incorrect location
Knock attack rate vs RPM has wrong conversion factor

This is just what I see by scanning over it.
