When you get to the early era there are a number of sensor that look alike,
Generally the tab in the harness connector is keyed for the right one.
  The CCC used a baro sensor, and the there was a differential pressure
sensor, and probably wnother one that exscapes me at the moment.

I had gotten hold of a harness not too long ago, which had 89 regal in chalk
on the back of the fusebox, 84 s-10 on the back of the map sensor mounting
plate. (1227727 ECM). the map sensor has several numbers on it. next to the
GM logo is 466 and at the connector is 834 3298. the bracket and mounting
for the sensor looked like it would be easy to duplicate in stainless.
now for the question..
is the output for all the map sensors the same, just a question of whether 1
bar, 2 bar, etc.?
