Calibrators - DRACS- whatever

I knew at one time I had some of that, and thought someone had posted it
somewhere

Hell yes I need them - specifically I need one to make my speedo read right.
GM will sell me the right one for $113 bucks plus shipping and wait time,
but I have found the only difference between them is the jumper arrangement
at the bottom of the board.
I have no idea wheter this is a binary coded multiplier (that would make
sense) or what.  I need one for 4.10s and 32 inch tires - right now my truck
thinks it has 3.42 and 29 inch tires.  I actually got out of a ticket by
demonstrating this to a cop one night.
Who knows how to recal one of these DRAC's????
