4.3L Throttle body and ECMs

I have a dirty/gungy one here that measures 42mm (1.654").  Can't read the
engraved injector numbers because of rust.  You'd be hard pressed to have
enough wall thickness to bore to SBC size blades.  BBC size, forget it.
Aaacck!  Now my keyboard is dirty.....
