Your virtual VE table almost certainly trails off to smaller values at
both RPM extremes, especially at the high end. Lets assume the high end
has the smaller value. Set the last entry of the "RPM extender" table
to zero. This will force certain values in the last (highest RPM)
column of the RMPxMAP table. You can then calculate values for the rest
of the "extended" portion of the extender table. The portion of the
extender table that overlays the RPMxMAP table should be level, in other
words the same value in all those cells. You can now calculate values
for the rest of the RPMxMAP table. You may find that at the low RPM end
you need negative values. In that case, reduce the corresponding value
in the extender table.
