Do I need a new MAP sensor?

I just noticed some strange stuff with this car I've had for a month or two
now.... it's a 90 vette, and the first MAP car I've had.
I did some spirited Diacom runs, and noticed the MAP readings only went to
29 at the highest measurement. Having never owned a MAP car and not studying
up on them yet, I didn't know if this was normal or not. Now I'm digging
around and notice on Mike Davis' site some Diacom snapshots from his MAP
runs and notice his MAP readings hit 96. Here's a couple pictures of what
I'm talking about:

Why would my MAP readings be so low? The car runs great. Do I need a new MAP
sensor?
