Didn't you guys leave out http://www.obd-2.com ?  I like Alex's scanner.
IIRC, Circuit Cellar Mag also did a piece on building your own similar
system. If I understand what I've read about OBDII correctly,
re-programming is accomplished in *much* the same manner as reading data.
