SAE J1850

Is there any standards/documentation that does comment on Download and
Upload of flash ?
Could you monitor the CAN/1850 while a techII does and update ?

     Ok Peter , My '99 copy does have 399 Pages , sorry for the Typo.
   HS3000 still doesn't comment on Up - DownLoad of Flash Tho.
