It's poured through the throttle body.  Do not put TEC in the gas tank.  It will
damage the rubber parts of the fuel system.  If you can make a pump and tank
assembly to connect to the fuel lines, you could mix the cleaner with about 5
gallons of gas and run it through the injectors and rail first, then start the
engine and deliver it through the injectors.  Look for motor-vac on the
internet.  It's a professional version of this.
