16196395 vs 16197427

I asked this exact question last month--no reply.
Looks like the Memcal supersessions fit the
different number ECM--therefore, I'd have to guess
that they're the same thing.
I don't have both to compare from...

16197427 ECM? Has anyone compared the MEMCAL files between the two? Can the
