We run Toyota CT-26's on the stock 3L Supra.  most upgrade the
compressor trim to a 60-1.  after that they upgrade to either a t3/t4
hybrid or go TO4.

I would think you could get a few CT26's for almost nothing these days. 
reseal them for a couple a hundies and your ready to go.  They support
about 14 PSI efficiently on the Sups (once you tune out fuel cut).
