Never heard of that make--sorry. We use Bosch, Standard and Niehoff.

I'd stab a guess at you've got it wired correct.

11.09 on the white wire ?? Definitely something wrong. The operating range
is 1.0V to 0.0 volts or typical 900 mV to 100 mV.
