Like Bruce said, the 200-4R is running in many 9 and 10 sec. Turbo Buicks.  
If you get all the good HD stuff to rebuild it, it'll be peachy.  I'm using 
the original 200-4R in my Monte SS that we morphed with an '87 F-body TPI. As 
long as you use the 700-R4 TV cable, everything else will work fine.
