Problem erasing & re-using GM Proms

I was unable to program these with my programmer's default settings.
After some experimentation, I found that changing the programming speed
from "Intelligent" to "Normal" (much slower than with newer chips) did the
trick.  BTW, it is configured for a general 27C128A at 12.5 V.
