canister purge on 747

ok, well trying to figure out couple of things now. I was looking the ecm
electric diagram and can't seem to find any CP solenoid hooked up to the ecm
at all. If there's any, then how does the fuel vapor purge is controlled,
by ported vacuum only, would be surprising because most use some solenoid.
A 5.0 v8 under a 747 shouldn't be using a fuel control module if I'm not
mistaking and there shouldn't be two input for the injector drivers?

and maybe one other thing, my 747 came from a 4.3 v6 engine but will be
going on a 5.0 v8 engine. So if I understand correctly, I'll need to change
the calpack ( I think that's the right term ) to a v8 one and the bin (
that won't be a problem). Where can I get a calpack from, is it possible to
get it at gm ( if anyone as the p/n, would be really appreciated ) or can
that be burned?

If someone could send me a ecu file that would work for a 5.0 v8 manual 747.

thanks for the help.
