All this says is that it is "'87 Buick GN turbo. Richard Lee-modified
turbo, dutweiler/turbonetics adjustable wastegate & down pipe.....". 
"stock Buick electronic (ignition), stock computer"

I think that they did a follow up article on this car/truck though that
does have the dirty details in it though.  this is the RSE article that
talks about the contest w/a little on each car.
