Wide Band O2 sensor

No idea where Gar is or what he's doing, or when EGOR is available.  If
it ever comes out there won't be a low cost version because of the DIY
one that Bruce coordinated.  You can read about it on the diy-efi WWW
page, click on projects then DIY_EGOR
