Turbo Project update. The good, bad and ugly.

Heres what I know. (read: what I have read, and recall)

1. 6-8 knock counts is nothing over a 2 second period.
2. Don't trust the scan software to accurately report ANYTHING important,
specially as it relates to time.
3. 6 knock counts recorded can be deadly, if your knock sensor is not
sensing knock properly.
4. Item number 1 is more troublesome if your knock was audible, and lasted
the enture time (2 sec)
5 I beleive severe knock will be indicated by a drastic timing change for
a single count, rather than multiple counts per se. Multiple counts can
produce a minor timing reaction if the strikes are minor. look in your
recording for max timing removed.

If you get ZERO knock counts commonly, I might suspect too much teflon tape
or incorrect netres, or incorrect knock sensor... and consider 6 counts to
be bad.

9. forget all that and go read thrasher engineerings entire site!
