Flashing a 8051

I quess I'm in deep trouble, when using Tunercat, to read the PCM, I get a
security violation, and to clear PCM and try again.  OK, tried several times
with several laptops, and still got it.  Any clues?.

Would just running the program off of the Disc be a problem?, rather then
installing it on the HDD?.
