Converting 160 to 8192 baud

The 86-89 Fbody 1227165 ECM will talk at 8192.  However, I think the '86
software limited the speed to 160.

I would recommend upgrade to the '89 software ($6E).  In my almost stock
car, the drivability is much better than with the older software.
