Free!!! SAE documents from Delphi. Really!!!

Something free from the SAE (it has a certain disingenuous ring to it).
Well, not really! But Delphi makes a few papers available that you'd
otherwise pay ridiculous amounts for through the SAE.

In typical GM/Delphi style, they have an interesting numbering system to
access the document indexes for each year.
