What do these numbers mean?

Okay.... then tomorrow I will call my local handy-dandy parts store and order a
new computer. Currently it has a 1277165. I want it to plug in and run without
doing anything to it.

Without making ANY modifications to it is there anything I should buy other than
the rebuilt 1277165?

TIA
