Use a FTP client (CuteFTP for one) to download them, or right-click on them
in most web browsers and do a "save as". Uncompress them with WinZip
(assuming you're using Windows), open the resulting text files in your
favorite editor.

With that attitude, why bother trying to download them?

Look on the opening page of the diy-efi.org website, it says "FTP site for
all 3 lists". Then left-click on "Incoming". Hint, the filename starts
with "tbi".
