Hi.
You're missing a digit in the ecm part no.  The correct number is 1228838.  That
Broadcast Code was used in multiple years.

Crossreferencing the ecm number shows that the ecm was used primarily in General
Motors minivans such as the Oldsmobile Silhouette and Chevrolet Lumina APV.  The
ecm was used exclusively with the 3.1 litre tbi engine,  with both auto and
manual transmissions.  This is a very limited application and so there may be
very limited information available in the public domain.  If you do find
something, please consider posting it to the list to help the next person that
comes along.
