Hi there!

If you're receiving a worm/trojan/virus or any other malicous code via 
email (or any other way), you may post this for example to one of the 
security focus email lists mailto:INCIDENTS at SECURITYFOCUS.COM if you made 
sure this is not already known mess.

Many folks are sitting there (securityfocus) watching and having their 
disassembler on their fingertips.

You may also forward the code to any antivirus vendor but this is a hard 
job as you should then post it to not just one (remember they're not 
cooperating!).

Most av-vendors are also listening at securityfocus so it's the best place 
for something like that.

Security hint!

You should avoid forwarding malicous code as an attachment (somebody might 
click on it). It's better to pack it in a ZIP archive file and forward this 
archive (also some mail transport agents are filtering executable 
attachments). Also you might set a password on that ZIP file and tell it in 
your email message body.
