Daicom craps out again.....

I went to look at a 90 corvette to replace my lightning struck '85
today.. Has the 727 ecm in it. Diacom would not hook up. No matter what
I tried. It always worked fine on my '85, and works on some '86's and
87's. I have always had trouble hooking up to '88 and '89 vettes,
actually, I've never been able to get it to work on them. Now, I try
this '90 and it doesn't work. I do have a registered copy of Diacom, so
I guess I need to call Rinda and see what they say. 

Is there any other scan program with similar capability of Diacom that I
can use on the 727?
