'165 manual trans idle behavior.

I'm noticing with my APYP code and 750 idle at coolant temp above 100degF
that it holds at ~1250rpm when coming to a halt, then goes to 750rpm after
a few sec of 0mph VSS input.  Kinda annoying, I'd like to see it go
straight to 750 immediately on halt, but just a slight nuisance.
