'165 manual trans idle behavior.

Two issues.

1) Stalling, the setting that is there helps prevent stalling.
(I fought a stalling issue since I built my engine, it is now pretty much
resolved).
2) Where is the idle byte?  I have looked at the listing and don't
remember seeing it.  I suspect it's not in the lookup tables?
