Programming 1kx8bit proms

Well looks like i'm going to have to find something to program a Cypress 281/282
with instead because of compatibility.  I have seen other programmers support it,
but the "universal ALL-11P" one doesn't support it.  I wrote to the company, cause
I mean it's not like the 2708 where it's just a pain to support.
