Oversized EPROM's & Multiple Programs

Switching when powered up is risky business. If
there is executable code in the EPROM, the processor
could lose sanity completely. If it only contains tables,
you will probably get away with it.
One way to do it might have the program select switch
bits go into a register. This register could be clocked
continuously for 2 simultaneous conditions.
1. New memory address setup start time
2. The address is in a segment of the program which
is not executed out of the EPROM, but is used often.
