Was Delphi--now Crossfired

Ok...judging from inputs that the cluster already receives, I'd guess (as
ya'll did) that
it's using pulse width. Is there a way to take this down to a 12 volt on/off
square
wave ? Anyone ever read the output from pin D10 with the stock ecm ?
