I can't find the anht_hac.pdf

I'm not sure either.  In general it's not a good idea to refer to files
in the incoming directory as they're subject to being moved somewhere
else.  I've put a copy of that file in the "papers" directory, and added
a link to it from the list of papers as well as the qanda link below.
