Remove (4) 7mm head bolts inside the glovebox.  Pull the sides of the liner in,
then pull the liner out past the glovebox door retaining straps.  ECM is right
there.  Sometimes you'll need to remove the harness conectors before pulling the
ecm out.  But once the ecm's free, you can connect the harness again and set it on
the glovebox door for easy access.
