A few years back I was having cronic ignition module failure in a dodge
pickup. So I replaced all the electronics except for the pickup and reluctor
wheel in the distributor.I connected a HEI module straight to the dodge
unit, and used an HEI remote mount coil. The truck never had ignition
trouble again. The dodge setup had alot more clearence than the hei style.
and the mag pickup was adjustable. The HEI module will work with just about
anything.
