That's a dump of a stock PROM chip.  That chip would have had a label on
it like this:
  ARY
 0382

ARY0382 is for a 1986-88 Chevy or GMC S10/S15/T10/T15 with the LL2
engine (2.8 V6 TBI), MD8 automatic transmission (THM700R4), and
California emissions.
