Duty Cycle Calculation

I understand what duty cycle [ratio of on time to off time] is, but what I
can't figure out how you find/calculate the off time.  The on time (as I
understand) is the injector pulse width shown on the scan tool.  

Lots about not exceeding 80% duty cycle in the archives, but not how to
calculate it.
