It comes with the MT-2500 scan tool, and with the scan tool updates.  Mine is a
little older, part no. is MT-2500-2995-2.

If you're not in a hurry, you might offer the Snappy dealer a few bucks to score
you a copy when he sells an update for the scantool.  If you're a regular customer,
he might get you the used copy for little money.
