Main spark table for $6E

Sorry for such a simple question, but the main spark advance table vs. rpm
vs. load in $6E code, does that include the assumed base advance value?  In
other words, Tunercat displays some entries in my stock table as 35.9deg
(let's say 36).  So, is that 36deg + 6degbase = 42 total?  Or, is it
assuming 6 deg already, therefore 30deg is added?  Then if my base was
actually at 8 would it be 44 total, or 38 total?  Or am I missing it
altogether?
