memcal swap

I hope someone can help me on a small matter. I need to know if a memcal
from a 92 350 w/TPI will work in a 92 305 motor w/TPI if I put the correct
EEPROM in the memcal. I guess what i want to know is if the associated
circuitry in the memcal is the same for both motors. If not I guess I'll
have to order me another  one...thanks
