165->730 conversion, a quick question

Do I need a new knock sensor (ie, are they different between MAP/MAF)?  The ECM
is complaining with a code 43.  I measure 100kohms across the sensor, the shop
manual for a 91 Camaro tells me it should be ~4000ohms.  I know the knock sensor
works (when I had the system setup for MAF).
